Low performance
I'm stuck in a client project where an already delayed epic is assigned to my team. On which only I'm working. I know that on release, something is going to be south, and a lot of bugs will be raised. What should i do? Will I get blamed for it? If the client blames me ... will TCS fire me? What's the worst-case scenario? I want to get out of this project asap ...
You have choosen to work only yourself and take all the responsibilities of epic?
I haven't taken it, but all the work is assigned to me being the only person who knows that code
I think project is a team work and you only can't be blamed of this. Everyone will be impacted and worst case scenario I think is project ramp down and everybody gets released.
Just go on leave during critical phase of the project
