Trending @Infosys; Low payscale

I have completed 3 years in Infosys and as per the terms I was supposed to get progression but my manager keeps giving reason and have blocked my progression from last year even not supporting my work and always complaining for other works and blaming them on me. Want to know how can I get a hike and grow in my profession as there is no support or mentor/guidence is provided from my manager.

Infosys is good place to work but if you get such kind of manager then this is the worst place. The influence of my manager is so much in unit that senior manager also listens to him and even other managers and higher authority supports him.

And because of this I want to switch my unit also. My manager behaviour had caused depression and traumatized me.

Let me know how can I switch unit also.
