All the scum companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra which exploits should move out from bangalore , hyderbad , mumbai etc to tier 2 cities.
The cost of living is not due to companies but demand and supply. There are too many people concentrated in tier 1 cities.

If these companies just allow WFH they can save so much on Office Rent, Electricity, etc as well.
If required they can just fire those people who are making the organisation scum then all will come to a balance.
It is better to tackle problems with really good set of employees and colleagues rather than egotistical scums.

That's actually a very good proposal. Tier 1 cities will get some relief and Tier 2 3 cities will see some growth.
