Low ipf as I am leaving tcs
After working so hard and getting consistent'A's for last 3 years my manager has given me a rating of 3.8 because I will be leaving TCS.
I would have done the same if I were in that situation. If You are leaving then yu shud bothered about TCS
Fair rating proves your abilities and competencies which sadly most of the people won't understand. Anyways, life isn't always fair

Ratings is somehow linked with the Band which is agn linked to perc of Hike. And you ll nt get the hike from TCS after leaving. So in that sense, it ll help some other existing employee. So you are doing good for that employee whose hike ll be compensated.
Chill. Any type of Ending is not on a beautiful node.

Rating is directly linked to band and if you’re a resigned associate, other deserving associates will be rewarded so that they can get a good band. Think about it from the perspective of those who are still with TCS. In order to give you a good rating, someone at your grade will be downgraded. Don’t you think it’ll be unfair to that person? You’re anyways leaving so chill.
