Low hours less than 4 non compliance

I got mail from project hr that my hours are less than 4 for April and may and asking for explanation.

They keep sending reminders .. Failure to respond it's mentioned disciplinary action...

What to do.. is it really necessary to reply.. May every one kids off and we can't maintain long hours.. wantedly targeting

Which means you clocked 0-3 hours in office? This is the bracket first they scrutinize. Work with manager and hr to make this corrected from next quarter onwards.
