Trending @Accenture; Low hikes for CL11

I am working my ass off for the new project, which requires skills in different modules. I was working more than 14 hrs initially but now I'm performing very well with a good number of outcomes.But still they provided a hike of 7%.

It's sad that no one considers efforts and quality while giving hike in this company.

Same here, just a day before hikes were announced the Manager asked me to work till 9PM and then i just got a low hike of 8%, where my Manager said, "You have the highest in the team"... Only for me to find out, someone in my own team has got 2% more than me. I lost respect for my Manager there.
