Low compensation - P30 - Engineering Program Manager 3

Hi All, I feel I am cheated as I am a 7.5 years experience professional in the Data Analytics and I am not fairly compensated Fixed is only 2361960 15% Bonus - 354294 Stocks I got 23 Units annually - which is around 781915 TC - 3498169

I am low balled I feel based on my experience and degree. What shall I do next ?
