Trending @Infosys; Low compensation

I joined Infosys in Jan 2020. I Got 100% in programming and 83% in theory in generic part. I did my stream specific training in cyber security. I Got ACE certification from Purdue. I'm working for project since 2021. I gave my 100% for the team. But my efforts are worthless. Other people got promotion and all. Finally Decided to resign without any offer in hand. I gave first interview and and I got 130% hike and second interview got an offer for 195% hike. Other companies are taking care of Tallent but Infosys want you to leave. I think Infosys is a place to work for 1 year max. Even my friends who failed in training they got 4 times salary in 2020 only.

Training score doesn't matter buddy.
All that matters is your project experience, skills and knowledge you have

I'm the only person in team who knows python and ansible for automation. An the only one who did automation and api integrations.
