I got a half eaten ice cream box. When I complained they were saying seal was intact and you have consumed that. I complained with in a minute of receiving the order. After multiple follow ups they gave the cash back as Zepto money. But it took 2 hours of complaints with different agents who closes complaint with out solution. Pathetic experience.
