1. Marriages dont work if one/both of them do not have patience, adapt to situations and make small sacrifices along the way.
2. Both love and arranged marriages fail.
3. Social media has made relationship harder.
4. Today most relationship end because after you know about the other person it becomes boring, the excitement phase wont last long. It becomes a chore. But that is how relationship works. Today we have more pressure like climing the corporate ladder, kids, fomo due to social media. Its hard for many to juggle between relationship, kids, carreer, self-development, family. So Couples should understand the capacity of their partner instead of pressurizing them.

Specific to men (There are exceptions. But true for majority)

1. Men should reach a certain social status no matter love or arranged to convince the girls parents.
2. Women have high expectations today Nothing wrong in it. But some are very unrealistic. Like reaching a high social status (own house, car, good salary) at an young age without any family background.
3. In love marriage men need to put in lot of efforts like from starting the conversation to proposing the girl and convcing the girls parents.
4. Men have hard time finding partners in both cases due to sex ratio in india.
5. If men get into the wrong relationship their life is fucked up mentally and financially. Indian law is against men.

Imagine the life of a man who is average in looks, not intelligence and no strong financial family background.

Both of the options are correct 💯 until you meet right loving caring sharing loyal motivating and progressive partner. Who has growth mentality believes in u and self . Don't judge, demand and compares you. Be with u till end .

Both are good provided your partner communicates clearly & stands with you, takes practical decisions instead of biased with emotions.

Comments mein mentioned reason too. I am 26M from UP broughtup in mumbai. (Not sure why getting fear when discussion happens around marriage read few divorces and news and different cases.)
