Lounge access at Bangalore Airport
Any idea if with my credit card which has lounge access i can get access for my wife too using same card ? I have 4 lounge access per quarter and haven't use any.

No, lounge access by most card companies, allow only for Self, unless there is some special card which allows for spouse.

I have had luck getting my partner with me in the lounge on my card. But that was long time back. You can definitely try though.
Card access only has for whose name is on card. No one else
There are very few cards out there, mostly those with unlimited lounges that allow for 1 additional guest with the same swipe. You cannot swipe again in the 2hrs of lounge access.
Although, you can get another card for your wife. It could be addon of existing or a different card
