Lotus Bischoff cheesecake icecream ❤️

I was pretty low today, heavily hungover. My best friend sent over this delight of an icecream from BR. It was decadent, balanced on sweetness and an absolutely surreal flavour combination. The rice crispies on it gave it a crunch, made everything perfect ❤️ Do try it!!!

Lotus biscoff is actually kind of a biscuit, usually used to make crusts fir cheesecakes. It's an amazing flavour in cheesecakes and now icecream. Must try!!!
