I don’t understand why I haven’t seen a single mail SS until now for this 2 day a week mandate.
No it's not hoax, the news is true
However there is no mail shared as well. Our manager informed us that they had a meeting with leadership and they informed that now as of now only in security domain we need to go to office twice a week and this will be monitored by higher management.
When we asked for the official mail and reason why it is being applied on security domain only as of now, they mentioned that if the project is not having alot of profit then everyone needs to go to office twice a week and if by any chance your team is in red which means there is no profit then we need to go to office five days a week

Coming very soon, first they are starting with ATCI and communications are already in mailbox of many project teams. However there is no such communication from Central HR team as it was communicated during Feb’25.
So, for now we can assume that it is more project and L6/L5 related. Wait for a official communication
