We 5 people was working with US client, Its been 3 year, we done a remarkable job and after that client hot happy and told us ghat he will add 100 more resources from cognizant and it happened! Now new offshore manager came they added leads on top of us, They don’t like us. Because we are only 6 year of experience and new hire have 10+ experience, manager on top of me is showing lot of boss attitude, They are spot taker ask and learn from me and talk with client!

They try to turn me agains some onsite people and talking to remove they who have done remarkable job to get company revenue!

I don’t like this environment now! And I can ask for release as well, my manager told me putting paper is the only way!
