Lot of here are fake
I see many people sharing information here about working hours (7–9 mandatory), RTO exceptions, HR emails, project releases, and so on. I’m not sure if any of this is actually true.
It seems like some are just taking information from elsewhere and copy-pasting it here. It would be much more helpful for genuine employees if such updates were shared along with an email screenshot as proof.
A lot of people here seem to be spreading rumours and creating negativity, while some are genuinely trying to understand the real situation.
People are definitely asked to resign. Also, I can say for sure that there are C3A - C4 level people being released from projects. They have data on people (Present list + Upcoming) They do not care about risks to clients as well. It's definitely happening.
Ok, but on what basis the billable people are getting released. On the base of CTC, on the base of old skill set, those were extra resources, project is having low or negative margins and many others too. How are you so sure that they have upcoming list and on what basis ?. If c3A is the target then 1/3rd of tcs will be gone in future.

Yes this 7 hrs is true they said verbally that you have about 2% like that they tried to scare us when he invited all ppl into the call and said no wfh and wfo with 7+ at the least like that
I completely agree but once you are on bench by any how they will get a point against you. But if you are billable resource then HR or RMG will not touch you.
I normally maintain 4 to 5hr in office from last 1.5 year, no mail from HR till now
These all are fake.Thise which are on project t neither they are released nor they are asking to resign nor there managers are putting pressure.This I can conform.I am not sure about the bench people .please genuine guy who is on bench can comment on same.
Lot of people may be fake, but the issues raised here like HR emails, project releases, working hours as 100% true

My project other team members got mail and call from hr bro they were just doing tap and going home also hr usually calls after a quarter ends or higher management forces them (tcs-mumbai case)
