Lost Touch with Skills, Unsure About Next Step--Need advice 😵‍💫😵‍💫

I’ve been working in my current company for 4 years. About 2 months back I resigned, but I was retained with the promise of a new project. The project actually came around 1.5 years ago, but since then the work hasn’t really helped me grow — I feel I’ve gradually lost touch with my technical skills. Honestly, I was much stronger 2 years ago than I am today.

Now I’m at a crossroads — should I resign again and look for opportunities to rebuild my skills, or continue here and hope things improve? Has anyone faced a similar situation in their IT career? I’d really value your advice.
