Lost Bag in Train - Seeking Help and Ideas

I had an unfortunate experience this morning that has left me feeling really stressed and helpless. While traveling on the train, my co-passenger mistakenly took my bag. Unfortunately, I have no way of contacting them to retrieve it.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

Called 139 railway helpline Contacted the Railway Protection Force (RPF) Spoke with the station master Despite all these efforts, I haven’t had any luck in locating my bag or the co-passenger. It’s frustrating because this seems like such a simple problem with a straightforward solution – if only I had their contact number!

I’m reaching out to you all for any ideas or advice on what more I can do. Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you handle it? Is there any other authority or service I should contact that might be able to help?

@NeonnGreen That passenger must have bought railway tickets. Check with railway department, if he have purchased from Irctc online/ shared his number while purchase. You will get his number.

Hope this works.
