Loss of pay for pregnant employee denied work from home
I am expecting second baby due to medical complications I was advised not to travel and doctor provided written letter stating the risk of traveling and advised to share wfh. I requested HR and my function head to give me wfh but they denied and told my profile is WFO so I have only 2 options Come to office Go for loss of pay For the fact they know no mother knowing the risk will put her baby and health and it's quite obvious she will choose Loss of pay
I choosed with no other choice loss of pay and now facing financial and mental trauma
I even told them I am mentally fit and will deliver my work from anywhere from the corner of the world but they denied bluntly
Now here I m loss of pay for 9 months
