What about that employee who facing the LOP (Loss of pay)since 1 or 2 year and didn't get any project?

As per the latest policy, EBLP is for 90 days where you will be under LOP and after 90 days if there is no billable project assigned, then exit of employee gets initiated.

Did you join as a fresher ? As for Freshers, EBLP starts after 1 year from date of joining if they didn't get any project assigned.

If you will not get project under 1 year you will be unpaid employee untill you get a project
