Losing interest in working and feel like so nothing

I have completed 3 years and 4 Months in Infosys but now after my manager got changed I am not feeling any motivation to do work eve. The project is also not proper having tasks All of them we need to research and develop env is broken every time vpn issue is there and we did not get any clarity about ticket assign to us. For the last 3 months I have not delivered a single ticket my lead is working on my tickets 8 talked with the group manager also to release me and my manager. They are not ready to release I tried ijp let's see also I will see this week else will resign because I can't see any growth and apportunity now. The only reason I am thinking about staying is hybrid mode work
