Losing hope.. Please help!
Hey all, i am already underpaid as per my exp of 6 years, package of 10 LPA. In hand approx. , 7 LPA. Now when i look for jobs, no one is taking any interviews stating i have 90 days of notice period. And they will only take the ones who have already resigned. I don’t know what to do now! It is frustrating. Someone please help 🥺
6 years--> 10 lakh is high as per TCS other employees..
Go on the bench and clear the interview.. You will be released in 1 week from the company.. No 90 days policy for bench
As per tcs standard , you are in avarage package. I have 6 yoe with 6lpa package
Hi! Then what? They will ask last working day and resignation email. What should i answer in that?
A quick update, not a single interview was scheduled. Forget about clearing the round. I started saying i have resigned and will join within a month.
