Losing hope!!
I am in PIP for 60 days and trying to switch within 60 days , but no luck !!
Attended almost 21 interviews . I got positive responses from some of the companies but later they did not schedule next round even they did not provide feedback. You can imagine how frustrating is this .
Already passed 26 days and no offer in hand .
Need advice and support.
this system worked for me very well to get calls.
Go to LinkedIn.
In search, put "<job title> hiring".
Select "Past 24 hours" filter.
Find a post you like, research company.
If you like it, apply in their given method (email, link etc).
Send a connect request with note to the person who posted the opening.
They may accept or ignore but they will see your profile.
So keep a stellar profile, highlight wins, portfolio and achievements.
This method has advantages:
You'll definitely be among the first applicants. You'll jump ahead of many lazy applications.
You're directly getting the eye balls of the recruiter (a person instead of a computer).
If they accept your connection, share your phone number and get the ball rolling.
After that it's your communication skills and talent. Good luck my friend.
