Hi, I am planning to do masters and for that I require a LOR from my manager. Do anyone know how to get an Letter head for the LOR.?

Additionally, I need to provide mail id of my manager, so that he could send mail to the University, ensuring authenticity. Can I give my managers Wipro mail id?
