Trending @Wipro; LOP.. Resign
Is it good to resign as I am not allocated to project and on LOP for 4 months now rather than waiting for project allocation can I resign and look for new opportunity outside wipro??
How can I justify the question for last 3 months payslip as I am on LOP for last 4 months
Please suggest

If your experience is low. You will be considered as a fresher. A strong skill set won't matter that 3 months payslip. So better learn and fly as you deserve better.
All the best for your job switch.

Start looking for outside opportunity ASAP. You may get immediate release as you are in LOP. First start getting offers and then worry about how to justify no payslips

Since you are in lop for more than three months, wipro will release you immediately if you get the opportunity externally. Use this feature and try internal and external both
Whats blocking you to search opportunities outside being in lop and without resignation? Would suggest search and grab the outside opportunity as immediate joiner and once you get offer then resign, hopefully HR will release you immediately considering the situation.

Two of my friends were also in LOP for around 7-8 months recently they both got support projects. In two, one of my friend started working in another company without resigning when he got into LOP. He absconded from that company when he got project here.

I was in LOP too, trust me I neither got a single call nor they replied my queries, but I know some of them, they got allocated to projects, and I consider you are not fresher (as you are in LOP) so it's better to unskills yourself and get out of this shitty company with their shitty shitt policies.
Talking about salary slip, you can told them that I was in project but due to new policies i get into LoP. If you have skills, then salary slips will not create any problem, but you have to convince them.
