after how many months will there be LOP in wipro for NGA??,i am in wipro from 1 year . i was in a project for 3 months after that they release me so will there be any lop or it will be after 2 year completion in wipro

Usually new joinees directly from college have a one year protection from LOP, after one year you will be treated same as any other employee. If on bench for 45 days, HR will communicate with you to discuss and take further steps

I think after 1 year from the last project date .You will get mail before a month if LOP starts .
