  1. I will not be getting my salary from 1st June onwards and if I don’t find a new project(which is very difficult to find ) in my payslip the salary will come as 0 in my June end salary slip and similarly for new months too . My doubt is if I switch to a new company and they ask me for my playslip and the amount will be 0 how can I justify it . And what other problems can I face if my last 3 months salary slip says 0 salary . I’m really worried pls help. 2)If u resign on LOP period will I get any money like 3 months salary or something .

You can use last three month salary where remuneration is not 0. They want salary u were getting previously vs u asking

Also to add, you will lose your variable pay during this window. If the LOP is spanning across two quarters, you will lose both the variable pays

I think if u resign in lop they will provide 3 month basic salary. Once confirm with our HR
