my question is why you guys ready to serve LOP periode !? in the meanwhile you guys can look outside !!in LOP anyhow you wont get salary

Actually outside mostly they need 3 yrs experience and if accepting 2yrs experience then they r requiring us to have worked on projects from scratch phase and also atleast 3-4 implementation projects that we haven't got chance to work on we mainly get project from the middle. That's the reason we have to tolerate this.
