Trending @Accenture; Loosing hope

I've been working as a content moderator at Accenture for over two years. My salary started at 17.3k per month and has only increased to 19.1k, despite receiving two 5% hikes. Even though I perform well and work hard, my colleagues earn over 25k, and new juniors start at 21k. It's been demoralizing and stressful, especially with increasing responsibilities. I'm struggling in my life like hell and don't know what to do , breaking down ...

Don't even discuss about other getting more pay than you. This cn lead to termination. Please look outside and resign when you have an offer at hand. But wait for dec hike

I would say you can try changing your technology. As far as I am aware I don't think content moderation is a high paying job. You can try to learn and switch to other programming/consulting jobs which pay well.
