Looks like tcs doesn't need female employees

Most of the female employees resigned from tcs because of strict RTO. The most common reason is child care.Then everyone asks before covid what they do? That is past right. Now we are able to connect from home and achieve targets. Then there is government law states that if company holds women employees more than 100 needs to provide daycare facility. So is this law not applicable for TCS or other IT MNCs.

Basically the root cause for all these issues are only with the woman who doesn't want to live with their ILs. If they don't have any ILs then the exception is fine. But if they have they should practice how to accommodate them. Grandparents take care of their grandchildren more than their parents. Period. Even if it's a different location they can live with them peacefully by resigning the jobs. The only thing is they need a social status by financial status otherwise the job doesn't matter. Before destroying myself in replies with your bad words and other hatred replies just read my comment at least twice to understand.

So based on your comment we can leave the child with her grandparents in a remote village and happily swipe the id card in the office and do the peaceful work right. See I need a job because I have financial commitments okay.
From your comment itself I come to know you don't have empathy thats good "most impressive lead for TCS"

What I am seeing around me female employees doing wfh whereas male employee not getting wfh even for location where we have odc and seat avaialble.

HR gives RTO exception to many of the female.employees easily .

Rejection cases are there where female.employees asking for wfh for not genuine reason like child care for a bigger child (like 5 years old or more) etc..

I am also mother of 1 yr old they don't give me an exception

Employee concerns are not at all considered by them. Being with family is applicable for both genders. If they provide wfh for 1 week on special occasions or some medical reason so we will give our best.
