Looking to transition in Product Management

Hello everyone. I am currently working as a Clinical Pharmacist at a Multi-speciality hospital. I am looking to transition into Product Management roles. Could someone suggest a way forward? I am already enrolled in a PM fellowship at a famous edtech. I realised that these courses try to cover too much in too little time and hence are not delving deep into the core of product management. I want more hands-on courses. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
