Looking to shift to TCS CSR group

After spending more than a decade in TCS and in the IT side, now, want to switch to the CSR activities of TCS. I am also due to retire in a couple of years, and don't want to work with clients and the routine IT work. How and who can I approach for a shift to the CSR or other social involvement area of TCS??
