Hey, you should be able to get a good 24 inch monitor under 5k appropriate for your needs.
10-15k monitors are for gaming and I suppose you'll mostly be working for it. I can recommend you a few good monitors
The thing is, the table attached to the wall in the PG is small, so I'm not sure if the monitor will fit properly. That's why I thought of renting a monitor for a month.

You get a good IPS monitor for 10-15k these days why would you want to rent. Rental on peripherals is always costly and doesn’t work out well
