Looking out for Growth and Marketing roles
I am currently looking out for Growth and Marketing roles. I have close to 13 years of industry experience with around 7 years in Growth & Marketing.
Reason for Change:
Stability in terms of salary payment. In the current startup where I am working, I haven’t yet got the accrual payment of the past 7 months.
I took a steep pay cut to join a bootstrapped startup, as nothing was working out for me.
Initial 3 months I didn’t get paid and every time, I have to remind the CEO & Founder for payment.
He had promised to pay accruals in the month of Jan(promised in Dec start). Btw… he’s an IIT grad with over 15 years of exp. he’s co founder is IIT plus IIM.
Payment terms were made based on how the company is able to raise funds.
The founder expects me to work with all dedication out in extra hours but the moment I raise about accruals, he’s like we will discuss this.
I am fed up now, so have decided to move on.
Would be really helpful if there are any growth or marketing openings.

I wasn’t getting any interview calls. Was very difficult for me and on tops, that one year gap on resume also came.
Abhi I can see the market opening up so am applying to jobs but shortlisting Abhi bhi nahin ho rahi.
I am currently looking out for Strategy and Operation roles and working in b2b based ecommerce company. My overall experience in this field including my current organisation is 6 years. I am very much interested in digital transformation and business growth with data backed decisions and risk mitigation.
