Looking for WFH or hybrid. Need Advice.

Heylo! Can someone pleasw offer advice on how to look for a good paying work from home/hybrid job as a brand/graphic designer? I am married to an airforce pilot and it is difficult for me to do an in-office job due to the frequent postings. Any advice is welcome.
