Looking for transition from Teaching to Data Analyst role

Hello everyone, I have 8 years of experience in teaching but now I want to transition into Data Analyst role, Can anyone please guide me for this, I have done a Dat science course as well. And I am keep on applying jobs but for internships also I am not getting calls!!
