Please help me with Which one would you recommend to join? What can I say to Zemoso to negotiate me for accolite package And would also love suggestions on how can I crack more prod based directly, have 25 days of time left for notice period.

Just let the first company know that you really want to join them because of the remote option but you have another offer and share the redacted offer letter for comp 2 with them.
Update on all job portals that you are on NP and have 15 days remaining. Will get flooded by calls .
Leave TCS and join near hometown
I would say if possible avoid both and target for direct Payroll of product based or large service based org. Higher CTC in small consultancy comes with constant pressure of delivery and being billable. You have 25 days remaining. Give it a best shot and join even if you get 3-4 lakhs less than the highest offer amount. Telling you based on my experience, rest you need to decide what is best for you
