Trending @Accenture; Looking for suggestions : Prior LWD Dos and Don’ts

Hey people

With my last working day approaching, I am hoping to make the transition as smooth as possible. I would love to hear your advice on dos and don’ts when preparing for lwd. Here are few questions I have in mind :

  1. Do you have any tips on how to properly hand over projects or clients?
  2. Don’t make the mistake I did when leaving my last job, anything I should avoid doing ? 3.What’s the best way to leave a lasting, positive impression as I wrap things up?

Any advice, stories or tips would be so appreciated!

Also, for anyone out there thinking about resigning if you are at the point where you are considering it trust me that’s a sign you are ready. There’s no perfect time to make a change but now is the perfect time for you to take the leap. The fact that you are already thinking about it means you are already halfway there. Just start working on it, don’t wait for everything to align perfectly.Just take the first step today, and trust that rest will come together along the way.

Thanks much

First of all congratulations
Don't sweat on it, it's not your job to be worried about work out client it's your leads. If you want to be in good books, just share all knowledge that you have in form of a document that'll help nothing else you can do.
