Looking for suggestions IN TCS
I am 8years of experience I have one baby of 1.7 years, my manager is asking to come Bangalore location as my base location is Bangalore. I asked for an exception but they rejected. Can I resign and look for opportunities outside or can I switch my location to Coimbatore with different project allocation. Need geniune suggestions.
If you're not comfortable with their decisions, look outside that will be flexible to you as per your current situation is the best option I would suggest. Do not give more importance to job, and these kind of managerial guys than your life and family. Prioritize yourself and take decision based on that.
If you are not comfortable to go out, try possibilities of getting a project in the location you need.(getting a release and finding new project is another roller coaster here, I believe you know the things) All the best.
