Looking for suggestion and reference in UI/UX

I am a graphic designer with 2 years of office experience and 1+ year of freelance work. i have worked on various sectors made static designs for online and offline presence have basic video editing and motion graphic skills. I want to switch to UI/UX design i have done an online course worked on 2 app design projects completely and worked on few website design i am facing challenges navigating through this process getting a job with my skills so i am open to suggestion and reference. Your help will mean a lot to me
