In our today's connect with Delivery manager, he clearly said organisation have limited scope and they are sending people with VISA ready. If you have VISA ready reach out to project RMG and discuss with your supervisor. Else chances are very less

But i am getting an onsite opportunity for columbia. They are ready to pick up and raise visa for this.

Do your research on the salary which TCS pays. Is it enough to have decent life with savings or not. Regarding visa processing yes it all depends on projects. If there is a requirement project do process for new visas.
