Looking for Strategy Role exit after working in a Tier 2 Management Consulting Firm

Hey! Looking for a switch to a strategy/Partnership roles. The work culture is not very bad to the point I have stopped people from applying.

I have 1 year of workex and have worked on 5 projects during my stint. Most of my projects were led by me with some support from senior consultant. Work included Impact Consulting project for a state government, DD for a Infra Conglomerate, financial modelling for 2 companies and one strategy and PMO piece.

Ik the market is tough rn but any lead would be great!
