Trending @Accenture; Looking for some honest advice

I joined a new project in Accenture around 2 months ago and the workload and environment have been extremely hectic. I’m considering requesting a roll-off, but I’m not sure how feasible that is this early.

Has anyone here successfully moved out of a project within the first few months? What would be the best approach internally?

Thanks in advance.

Same bro, same story. I just cant move out the project because now everything is dependent on me.

My colleague wanted to move out from a project he is working from last 3 years bit the leadership doesnt allow or else he has to provide a replacement.

That makes sense. I’m actually quite new in my project so dependency is still low.

Has anyone here successfully moved out early from a project in Accenture? How did you approach the roll-off conversation?

Hold off any doing anything that might get you flagged before the June cycle. If you do so, you will paint a huge target on your back. Once June cycle is done, you can formally request a roll off.

I've already talked to my old manager about this, and they're going to chat with my new manager and also see if there are any internal moves available, and if they have a replacement. The thing is, I'm being forced to work even when I'm sick, and my mental and physical health are really suffering right now.
