Looking for some advice from the Pega community!
I have 2 years of experience in Pega, and I hold CSA and CSSA certifications. My current salary is 8 LPA. I'm exploring new opportunities, but I'm not getting enough calls from Naukri, and I can't take the risk of resigning before securing a new offer.
For those who have switched within their first two years in Pega, how was your journey? How did you find opportunities, and what worked best for you? Also, based on my experience and current salary, what can I realistically expect and negotiate in my next role?
Any insights, suggestions, or job leads would be really

I don't think currently companies are hiring for 2+ yrs..all I can see in LinkedIn is 4+ yrs experience..work for 2 more years and gain knowledge in decisioning and advance certification in pega.

I really want to learn pega. My team is starting to use it from this month. And the worst part is that I’m the lead. Do you have some suggestions about resources?

Is it hiring?
