Looking for short term Urdu courses. Any recommendations?

Looking to pick up some Urdu vocabulary and enjoy reading literature. I am looking for institutes in Hyderabad which teach noobs like me. Any recommendations?

Also, any bookstores in Hyderabad which sell Urdu or Hindi books? Amazon is an option but I prefer to purchase them in stores.
