Looking for roles like Chief of Staff/EiR/Founder's office. What is the best way to apply?

I am more inclined towards F&B industry>D2C>B2C>e-commerce Not a hard criteria I have 5.5 years of work ex but do not have consulting experience. T1 Engineering + T1 MBA. Roles I am able to find on LI or iimjobs are either for 2-4 years work ex requirement giving one-third of what I am currently earning or directly looking for someone with 10+ years of work experience. Not able to find a decent middle management role.
