Looking for referral in TCS

Well 2 people here with the same view . When we say no hikes. We are not saying it lightly . Literally there is no hikes. They release banding but there is not salary change since its deviated for a year . For folks above C3A (Leadership) positions they have stopped any hikes and don’t have a clear picture.

We are expected to delivery exceptional results for the same salary. With no appreciations and no light at the end of the tunnel. Even after more than 10 years some of my manager are in the same grade as me. So think once more
