Looking for referral at capgemini

Why bro 🤔 I have a colleague who is ex capgemini at everytime he has something good to say about the company. I understand that it may differ from team to team. Can you share your experience if possible. My friend was in one of the abbot project, building internal tools.

No good projects. After joining they will tell you find project in 3 months otherwise fire you. If you somehow manage to get into a project. Don’t expect hike or promotion for 2 year’s since you are a external join. If you still wanna join. Best of luck.
