Yes there is buyout option that is also mentioned in OL but for that Hr & manager should agree for Buy-out

Then forget it. You may have no work but you are getting revenue for infosys. Your manager won’t forgo it. So say bye bye to your offer. Any company giving you just 15 days joining is not a professional company. They will throw you out like a fly as well
