Looking for property suggestions in and around mumbai

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for 1 or 2 BHK flats under 50 lakh in new constructions with all the essential amenities, especially a gym and clubhouse. A swimming pool would be a bonus.

Preferred areas: Mumbai (up to Dahisar), Thane, and Navi Mumbai (up to Nerul).

Priorities: Good view, excellent connectivity with metro, roads, and highways.

For a 1 BHK, it should be spacious with a dry area, balconies, and a master bedroom.

Any suggestions in terms of project or location i should look for let me know. Bit new to mumbai. I am considering GB road in thane, but if you think of any other location which will give better ROI let me know
