Trending @Capgemini; Looking for projects in Kolkata

Is it mandatory to be in a project where it is offered? Like, presently in Kolkata but getting projects offered due to project expiration at different locations which is very difficult for me to relocate.

Any options or ways to catch the projects in Kolkata only or tackle the requests so that, I can work from the Kolkata location. Don't know why there have been requests to relocate when a hybrid option is available.
